NRHS Gymnasium

The goal of our camp is to provide the best possible age appropriate cheerleading instruction and knowledge for all attendees. Our focus will be on the fundamentals of cheerleading, improving individual skill and learning team spirit concepts, all while instilling confidence and having fun! Campers will have the opportunity to practice and learn from the NRHS coaching staff and cheerleaders, as well as be invited to cheer with us at a NRHS Varsity Football Game.
Our camp gives all cheerleaders, regardless of their experience or skill level, a chance to improve their skills by teaching motions, jumps, cheers, chants, stunts, and dance. All skill levels are welcome between the ages of 5-14.

Camp Details
- We will start promptly at 5:00 PM each day of camp, but we ask that on the first day all attendees arrive by 4:45 PM to check-in. Additionally, each campers' parent must accompany them to check-in on the first day of camp, so that they can sign a liability waiver (please have insurance information readily available).
- All attendees should be dropped off and picked up on time each day. All attendees can enter through the side door gymnasium entrance.
- All attendees should wear proper athletic clothing (shorts, workout/yoga pants, t-shirt/tank top) and shoes (cheer shoes or tennis shoes) each day of camp.
- Although we will have water available for the campers, we highly encourage all attendees to bring water/gatorade and a light snack for proper hydration.
- On the last day of camp, all campers' family/friends are invited to come in at 7:15 PM and watch each group perform the mini-routine they learned at camp.
